We’re into Week 11 of the 2018 NFL season, and now it’s time to identify our top fantasy football bargains for DFS players this week.
Finding bargains and values in DFS is the key to any winning roster, both in cash games and tournaments. Our goal today is to find you the best bargains for your cash games and tournaments. We will specify what games to use each bargain in and how to capitalize on them in each given week.
High ownership is to be expected from some of these bargains, and we will touch in that in the write up, so they should be used in Cash games. However, some of these players are also excellent buys for tournaments and won’t have high ownership percentages. Generally speaking, quarterback is the one position where ownership tends to be spread out the most — in other words feel free using these bargains both in tournaments and cash games.
Dak Prescott, QB, Dallas Cowboys
Prescott is one of the most popular quarterback plays on the slate against a Falcons pass defense that has allowed the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks. Atlanta’s pass coverage hasn’t been great, but the team’s biggest issue is a lack of any semblance of a pass rush — they rank 29th. Prescott, like every QB listed in this column, is priced in the QB2 range. He has scored more than 20 fantasy points in three of his last four games.
Eli Manning, QB, New York Giants
Manning has sneakily averaged nearly 16 fantasy points over the past three games and now he draws arguably the easiest matchup he’s seen all season. The Buccaneers pass defense hasn’t slowed down anyone en route to allowing the most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks and the second-most to opposing wide receivers. They rank No. 32 in pass rush and No. 29 in pass coverage. If you don’t pressure Manning, he can still deliver on target with a clean pocket. Tampa is about to find that out this week.
