DFS: Week 12 Tournament Leverage Plays

Winning a DFS tournament while competing in a field of 100,000 entrants is an outrageous task. The best way to tilt the odds in your favor is to play into the chaos of the NFL week. Profit disproportionately when things don’t go as planned.

Here are three ways to build that kind of leverage into your lineups for Week 12.

Tom Brady remains a solid tournament play

Brady has been raked over the coals this week because of his struggles in recent games. The most obvious point of contention is his accuracy on deep passes. He has missed on consecutive attempts of 20 or more air yards, and his long balls over that span have often looked atrocious.

Brady has not been good in this small sample of throws, but we have decades of data suggesting that this may be a blip on the radar. A few games of bad passes should not shake us off our priors from even just earlier in the 2020 season.
