  • Best big-name player: Ja’Marr Chase has been unstoppable when healthy, and the Buffalo Bills’ secondary might not be able to slow him down.
  • Best mid-priced player: Tyler Boyd didn’t show up on the injury report and can take advantage of injuries to Bills defenders to also have a big game.

Ahead of Monday night’s bout between the Buffalo Bills and Cincinnati Bengals, here are three players at different salary ranges who I believe will perform well in the DraftKings Showdown.

Ja’Marr Chase, Cincinnati Bengals ($10,600)

Chase has been incredibly consistent when healthy this season and is well-suited to take advantage of the Bills' defense.

  • He’s accumulated a minimum of seven receptions and 60 receiving yards over his last six games while averaging a touchdown per game.
  • The Bills have allowed the 10th-most fantasy points to wide receivers this season.
  • Chase lines up as an outside wide receiver on over 78% of his offensive snaps, and that number has been up slightly since returning from injury in Week 13.
  • None of the cornerbacks the Bills have tried on the outside have a PFF coverage grade above 63.0.
  • Tre’Davious White has taken one cornerback spot since Week 12. His coverage grade has steadily declined since his rookie season.
  • White has allowed 10 receptions for 145 yards over his last three games.
  • Dane Jackson and Kaiir Elam have seen significant playing time over the last two weeks.
  • Bills outside cornerbacks combined rank top 10 among teams in missed tackles and first down rate while sitting bottom 10 in stops.
  • This game is expected to stay competitive to the end, which should leave the Bengals passing the ball.
  • Tee Higgins similarly plays a significant amount on the outside and is a solid option at $9,800, but he’s been less consistent recently due to injury.
