• Pete Werner: The young linebacker rises in the ranks yet again after earning an every-down role in Week 3.
• Both Indianapolis Colts edge rushers: Each draws a positive matchup against two of the lowest-graded pass-blocking offensive tackles in the league this week.
• Xavien Howard: The veteran makes for one of the best cornerback streaming options this week against the Bengals' pass-heavy offense.
Estimated Reading Time: 13 mins
Week 4 is when the top fantasy football teams can start to separate from the rest of the pack or when those who have struggled through the first three weeks can turn their seasons around. Putting the work in and staying active are going to be key regardless, and that starts with making good lineup decisions.

Pete Werner (LB14) continues to climb the ranks as his snap share steadily increases. Werner was just over 81% of snaps for the first two weeks of the season and racked up tackles at a high rate. In Week 3, he exceeded 95% in a proper every-down role for New Orleans. While the Saints tend to fluctuate their secondary linebacker’s usage from time to time, Werner should still see more than enough playing time to justify a starting spot in just about every IDP league.
The Broncos saw the return of their top linebacker in Week 3 as Josey Jewell (LB18) burst onto the scene by leading the team in tackles and adding a sack in his season debut. Denver has consistently run a top-12 rate of zone coverages through the first three weeks, which helps breed linebacker tackle efficiency. This has held true so far, as the Broncos' top linebacker has created a near 15% tackle efficiency this season, with the average for the position hovering around 12%.
Patrick Queen (LB47) is playing more than enough snaps to be considered fantasy-relevant. Unfortunately, he is one of the most inefficient linebackers in the league (8.4% tackle efficiency), despite managing 1.5 sacks. Queen’s low production can likely be attributed to his poor run-defense grade (47.7) and missed tackle rate (25.0%). There are more efficient linebackers to trust on a weekly basis.
