The New York Giants shocked the Philadelphia Eagles with a 27-10 win at home to end the regular season.

The Giants opened the scoring with a 24-yard field goal from Mason Crosby to end their opening drive and made it 10-0 when Saquon Barkley scored on a 2-yard touchdown run.

Barkley would score again, this time on a 3-yard run to make it 17-0 with five minutes left in the first half, and it was 24-0 when a wide-open Darius Slayton scored on a 19-yard catch and run.

The Eagles finally got on the board late in the third quarter, with Jake Elliott converting a 36-yard field goal attempt, and they would find the end zone on a 16-yard touchdown pass from Marcus Mariota to Quez Watkins.

The Giants made it 27-10 on a 21-yard field goal from Crosby with less than four minutes left in the game.

Offensive spotlight: As bad as the lack of points through almost three full quarters was for the Eagles, the injuries they suffered during the game were even more of a concern.

Quarterback Jalen Hurts suffered a dislocated finger and, after initially coming back into the game, was rested when it got out of hand. He finished the game having gone 7-for-16 for 55 yards and an interception.

Wide receiver A.J. Brown left the game with a knee injury after a 9-yard catch early in the game and didn’t return.

Defensive spotlight: Giants safety Xavier McKinney had an incredible game to end his fourth season. He finished this game with a pair of interceptions, including a tremendous toe tap on the sideline, and a pass breakup.

Rookie spotlight: Four Eagles rookie defenders played 20 or more snaps today, with cornerbacks Eli Ricks and Kelee Ringo, interior defender Jalen Carter and edge defender Nolan Smith all seeing a decent workload.
