  • Speaking to NFL reporter Paul Kuharsky, Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Mularkey said he recently saw “encouraging video” of outside linebacker Kevin Dodd “running and pushing a sled,” and expects him to be ready for training camp.
  • Kevin Dodd was taken with the 33rd overall pick of the 2016 NFL draft, and missed the bulk of his rookie season with a foot injury. In his last year at Clemson, he achieved a PFF overall grade of 83.9, ranking 24th of 346 edge defenders.
  • Dodd played just 179 snaps in his rookie season, and accumulated six total pressures on his 94 pass rushing snaps for a pass-rushing productivity of 5.1, which ranked last among all Titans OLBs. If he remains healthy in training camp, he’ll be pencilled in for a rotational pass rushing role in 2017.
