Conner quietly put together a career year in 2023. He’s been efficient throughout his time in Arizona, consistently gaining first downs at a high rate. However, he started avoiding more tackles last season, resulting in more big plays and the best rushing grade of his career.

Part of what made his play remarkable was his week-to-week consistency. He averaged at least 4.4 yards per carry in 11 of his 13 games. In another game, he ran 25 times for 105 yards, averaging 4.2 yards per carry. He averaged 3.75 yards per carry in his “worst” game — against the Chicago Bears — but he made up for it with a season-high 67 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Conner has consistently been a reliable fantasy starter and will likely finish in the RB15-20 range again this season. The addition of Trey Benson introduces more risk than in past years, but Benson might be used sparingly, filling in for any games Conner might miss due to injury before potentially taking over in 2025.
